Terms of service

Terms for booking, treatment, and payment at Nadim Aesthetics. Applicable to all consultations and cosmetic treatments at our clinics in Horsens and Copenhagen.

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This is an English translation of our Danish terms of service provided for the convenience of English-speaking visitors. The Danish version is the authoritative text; in case of any inconsistency, the Danish version prevails. These terms and all bookings, purchases, and treatments described below are governed by Danish law.

These terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and treatments at Nadim Aesthetics ApS.

1. Company information

Nadim Aesthetics ApS
CVR no.: 42576492
Phone: +45 50 80 80 61
Email: kontakt@nadimclinic.dk

Our clinics:

  • Horsens: Slotsgade 32, st, 8700 Horsens
  • Copenhagen: Ved Vesterport 9, 1612 Copenhagen

2. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT, unless the treatment is VAT-exempt due to a medical indication.

  • Payment methods: We accept MobilePay, cash, credit cards, and payment cards.
  • Payment timing: Payment is due immediately after the treatment in the clinic.

3. Booking and cancellation

When you book an appointment with us, we reserve time and staff specifically for you.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation must happen as early as possible and preferably no later than 24 hours before the start of the appointment.
  • How: You can cancel online via your booking link (Gecko) or by contacting the clinic by phone during opening hours.
  • Fee: We currently do not charge a fee for timely cancellations or no-shows. We reserve the right, however, to decline future bookings or require prepayment in case of repeated no-shows.

4. Age limit (18 years)

We only perform cosmetic treatments on persons over 18 years of age.

  • Legal requirement: This is a strict legal requirement from the Danish Patient Safety Authority, cf. the Danish Cosmetic Treatment Order (BEK no. 834/2014) section 3. No exemptions are granted, including with parental consent.
  • Identification: You must always bring valid photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) to your consultation and treatment. If you cannot present valid ID, we are required to decline the treatment.

5. Mandatory consultation (free)

All our consultations are 100% free and non-committal.

According to the rules of the Danish Patient Safety Authority, the following applies to the cosmetic treatments we perform (filler and botulinum toxin / wrinkle treatment):

  • Mandatory pre-examination: You must attend a consultation with one of our registered healthcare professionals before your first treatment.
  • Statutory reflection period: After the consultation, a statutory reflection period must pass before the treatment itself can be performed. The specific length depends on the type of treatment under the Danish Cosmetic Treatment Order (BEK no. 834/2014). For the treatments we perform (including filler and botulinum toxin), the statutory reflection period is a minimum of 48 hours. We always apply the legally required period for the specific treatment, and this is never waived.
  • Consent: The treatment can only be performed once you have given informed consent both verbally and in writing.

6. Photo documentation

As part of the treatment, we are legally required to take before and after photos of the treated area, cf. the Danish Cosmetic Treatment Order (BEK no. 834/2014) section 37. These photos form part of your patient record and are a condition for us to perform the treatment.

Any use of photos in marketing (e.g. on social media or the website) only takes place on the basis of a separate, voluntary, and explicit consent from you and can be withdrawn at any time. See more about this in our Privacy policy.

7. Patient responsibility and result guarantee

  • No result guarantee: Cosmetic treatments vary from person to person. We guarantee a professionally correct treatment performed by qualified staff, but we cannot guarantee a specific aesthetic result, as this depends on individual anatomy and healing.
  • Insurance: The clinic is registered with the Danish Patient Safety Authority and is covered by the statutory patient insurance (Patienterstatningen), which protects you in case of treatment injuries.
  • Compliance with instructions: It is your responsibility to follow the before and aftercare instructions you receive (e.g. regarding alcohol, sun exposure, exercise, or makeup). Nadim Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications or lack of results caused by your not following these instructions.
  • Duty to inform: You have a duty to provide truthful information about your health, medication use, allergies, and previous treatments, as this is critical for safety.

8. The clinic’s right to decline or stop a treatment

We reserve the right to decline or stop a treatment if:

  • You cannot present valid photo ID, or if you are under 18 years of age.
  • You have not observed the statutory reflection period.
  • You have provided incorrect or incomplete health information.
  • Our healthcare professionals professionally assess that the treatment cannot be performed responsibly (e.g. due to health conditions, contraindications, or unrealistic expectations).
  • You arrive in a condition that makes treatment irresponsible (e.g. under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
  • You display threatening, violent, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients.

In such cases, you are not entitled to compensation for consequential costs.

9. Force majeure and cancellation by the clinic

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in case of staff illness, technical breakdowns, power outages, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).
  • We will always try to find a new time for you as soon as possible. Nadim Aesthetics does not cover any consequential costs (e.g. transport, parking, or lost earnings) you may incur in connection with a cancellation on our side.

10. Right of withdrawal

  • Appointment bookings without online payment: For an ordinary appointment booking via our website, no final distance-sales purchase is concluded, as payment is only due after the treatment in the clinic. You can cancel your appointment at any time before the treatment in accordance with the rules in section 3 without financial obligation.
  • Completed treatments: There is no right of withdrawal for treatments that have already been performed.
  • Online payment and prepayment: Should we at a later date introduce online payment, prepayment, or sale of gift cards or treatment packages via the website, information about the right of withdrawal will be provided in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. If a service has been started before the expiry of any withdrawal period at the customer’s explicit request, the customer may be obliged to pay proportionally for the part of the service that has already been delivered.
  • Product purchases: We do not sell physical products through the website.

11. Complaints and complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied with the result of your treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible at kontakt@nadimclinic.dk so we can see you for a follow-up.

If we are unable to agree on a solution, you can complain to the relevant authority depending on the nature of the complaint:

  • Complaints about healthcare treatment: The Danish Agency for Patient Complaints (stpk.dk).
  • Reporting a treatment injury: If you believe you have suffered a treatment injury, you can report the injury to Patienterstatningen.
  • Patient safety concerns: The Danish Patient Safety Authority (stps.dk).
  • Financial disputes: The Centre for Complaint Resolution and the Consumer Complaints Board (naevneneshus.dk).

12. Choice of law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or via the complaint channels mentioned in section 11 are settled by the Danish courts with the District Court of Horsens as the venue in the first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer rules.

13. Severability

If one or more provisions of these terms are or become invalid or without legal effect, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue to apply in full.

14. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The version in force at any given time will be available on our website with the date of the latest update indicated at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you directly via email if you are an active patient with us.

Beautiful results, accessible to everyone.
